In addition to speaking (and endlessly writing – as you can see) about construction law, I am frequently asked to present on the use technology in the practice of law. The Washington State Bar Association will be presenting Cloud Computing Essentials on August 25, 2011 at their downtown WSBA Conference Center. While this presentation is aimed at advising attorneys on how the cloud works, I implore all contractors to begin taking a look at this technology.
